Chris thank you for the attention you gave our project while we were under construction. Due to the timing of tenets moving in downstairs and people moving in our old house, timing was crucial. Thank you for your professionalism on and off the job. From a development standpoint, using your company gave us one less thing to worry about. The 100 plus year old building came out great as well as the original floors. We will definitely call you next project.

These guys are true professionals. Consulted me every step of the way. Clean and precise. Our floors have obtained incredible abuse over the years. I actually didnt think there was anyway that these floors were ever going to look good again, To my amazement…the floors came out even nicer then when we had them initially installed. Chris took the time to create a custom color finish that I couldnt be happier with. I have a few more houses that need refinishing and the contractor I am going to use is a no brainer. Chris Elizondo has transformed “The Church on Main” 100 year old worn and time-aged floors to be one of the main focal points of our venue. We were particularly impressed with his dedication to the project and his attention to keeping the floors and staircase with the aged beauty that lay just below the surface. The dustless system was absolutely incredible and left no trace of fine shavings and dirt that usually come with this type of project. His crew finished on schedule and were very courteous with our staff. Thanks again Chris.. You Rock!

One Eleven is a building dated back to 1906 that still had its original heart pine floors that were still in good condition. Chris and his crew came in and brought the floors back to life by sanding and staining the floors. They were very professional and before doing anything they made sure we approved of it. The floors are remarkable and we get numerous comments about the excellent job that these guys did. We here at One Eleven do recommend them if you want an excellent and professional job done.

Just a note to let you guys know how pleased we are with the work Chris and his team did recently.
Our hard wood floors look amazing. The finish and the custom design in the foyer really are perfect.
Please let your crew know they did a fabulous job and thank them for us. The floors looks great! Our house is spotless, we doubted the dustless process. (you were right.)
